  5. Once the seeds splutter, add the coriander leaves, ground peanut and salt

  7. Next add the gram flour slurry and dry spices
  8. Mix well, stirring constantly till the entire mix comes together
  9. Take off heat once done
  10. Once the mixture is lukewarm, transfer onto a greased plate and spread it into a square shape
  11. Let the mixture set for 10-12 minutes before you cut into cubes
  12. Heat enough oil for deep frying and fry the cubes/vadis till crisp and brown on both sides
  13. Rest the fried vadis on an absorbent paper for a few minutes
