- Pass it through a sieve to avoid any lumps.
- Add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder and rose water.
- Give it a mix and add the saffron (saving few to garnish).
- Transfer to individual bowls. Garnish with cashews, saffron and mint leaves. Serve chilled.
