Then add ginger-garlic paste, green chillies and curry leaves mix well and pour the besan and curd mix slowly on low flame and keep stirring continuously so that no lumps are formed.
  4. Keep stirring on low and then add 1-2 glasses of water mix well and bring it to A soup type consistency. Let it come to A boil for 2-3 minutes. Meanwhile, take A pressure cooker put the soaked khichdi after removing excess water add salt, ghee/oil 1-2 glasses of water, mix well and pressure cook up to 4 whistles on low flame.
  5. Garnish with fresh coriander and serve hot with khichdi. (You may or may not add turmeric powder to khichdi while boiling/cooking)
