- Steam these rolls for 15 minutes. You can use a steamer or even Idli stand to steam the rolls. I prefer Idli as it is perforated and perfect for steaming.
- Grease the stand.
- Steam for 15 minutes
- After 15 minutes take it out, allow it to cool and cut it into slices
- Now heat oil in a pan. Add Meethi Vadi and shallow fry till the crust becomes golden brown.
- Now add chat masala. mix it and serve.
- Serve it with nice green chutney.
