  7. Steam these rolls for 15 minutes. You can use a steamer or even Idli stand to steam the rolls. I prefer Idli as it is perforated and perfect for steaming.
  8. Grease the stand.
  9. Steam for 15 minutes
  10. After 15 minutes take it out, allow it to cool and cut it into slices
  11. Now heat oil in a pan. Add Meethi Vadi and shallow fry till the crust becomes golden brown.
  12. Now add chat masala. mix it and serve.
  13. Serve it with nice green chutney.
