  1. Add oil to the pan and saute the ladies finger with a pinch of salt. - - Once sauted well, transfer it to another bowl.
  2. In a pan, add yogurt, gram flour, ginger, garlic and green chillies. - - Then add turmeric powder, chilli powder, cumin powder, hing, sugar and salt.
  3. Add water little and mix well.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and then add mustard, cumin and fenugreek.
  5. Then add curry leaves and dry red chilli
  6. Now add the sauted ladies finger and mix well.
  7. Then add the yoghurt-gram flour and mix together.
  8. Heat for 10 minutes on a medium fire.
  9. Then sprinkle the coriander leaves.
  10. Serve with a hot rice.
