- Stuff neatly.
- Now in a pressure cooker heat oil add mustard seeds.
- Now add stuffed Ivy Gourd. Add little water around 2 tbsp just to avoid burning.
- Cover it with lid and take around two whistles. and remove it from flame.
- Now once cooker gets cool remove the lid and sabzi is ready to serve. If you want you can again pan sear it.
- Garnish it with coriander and some crushed peanuts. Serve it with nice soft butter roti's. ENJOY the meal..!
