- For the dosa batter soak udad dal methi seeds together for 4 hrs
- Soak rice for 4 hrs.First grind udad dal finely tha grind rice both separately.In a big vessel take this and mix well with salt.Ferment it for 10 hrs.It will rise
- Now mix it.In a dosa tawa spread this mixture.add ghee to it cover and cook for 1 min.Now dosa is ready.Serve this chutney which is prepared by grinding all the ingredients.
