  4. Heat the griddle put a chapati on griddle after 1min flip it and roast 30 sec. not roast fully make raw chapati..make all tortilla like this
  5. Put all tortilla is a muslin clothe and cover them.
  6. When you want to eat or serve quesadilla.. heat the griddle on medium flame put a tortilla on it after 2 mins flip it.
  7. Now spread cooked veggies on half part of tortilla and then put cheese slice and then cover with the other half side
  8. Now apply butter on it.. and roast both side on slow flame
  9. Quesadilla is ready serve hot.
