- When you want to eat or serve quesadilla.. heat the griddle on medium flame put a tortilla on it after 2 mins flip it.
- Now spread cooked veggies on half part of tortilla and then put cheese slice and then cover with the other half side
- Now apply butter on it.. and roast both side on slow flame
- Quesadilla is ready serve hot.
