This recipe for lamb chops is a favorite in my house. It is an easy and quick recipe for two people (we eat two chops each). Rosemary and thyme give it great flavor. If you double the recipe, remember that.
Steps to make Lamb Alkabsa:
- ➖On medium high heat add onions & Ginger garlic paste fry till it light brown - ➖Add lamb cook till it brown, now add the whole spices of kabsa as mentioned above. Cook till until the oil comes above now add water, cook in pressure cooker for 20mins!!
- #ForKabsa_Topping - On medium heat the Ghee ist fry Almonds till it become light brown, then fry the raisins as well. And Pour both on tissue paper to remove excess oil.
- #Kabsa_MainDish - Once lamb cooked properly, Pour all the stock (Yakhni) in other pan, bring it to boil, add rice till it perfectly cooked… - On the otherhand fry lamb with Lil bit oil with garam Maslaaaa.. It gives more crizmatic eroma…
