- .Once it starts to thicken and leave the pot,it mean it's ready.Before switching off the stove,mix the mixture circularly to avoid lumps in the Peda mixture.Switch off the stove and add 1/4 tsp of Elaichi Powder and when it cools down,knead the dough Well and then give Peda shape with your hands or using a mould.
- Press down a bit of Pista on the Peda.Let it rest for 1-2 hours.Your yummy and delicious like readymade Peda is ready.
