- Wash rice and soak for half an hour, then cook it until becomes soft, then strain it in a big strainer and keep it aside
- Heat ghee in a pan and add jeera, cloves, cardamoms, peppercorns and cinnamon, let them splutter, then add capsicum, green peas, ginger and green chilli, mix well
- Cook on low heat until becomes soft, then add chopped coriander
- Add cooked palak and mix well, then add cooked rice and salt, mix well and roast on low heat for 5 - 7 minutes, pulao is ready
- In a mixing bowl put curd, then add salt, sugar, kala namak, jeera powder and dried mint powder, mix nicely, raita is ready
- Now for serving decorated a platter with cabbage leaves, capsicum cups, sliced cucumber and green chillies, then take out the pulao in cabbage leaves and raita in capsicum cups, garnish with coriander leaves, enjoy
