- After the fish is well cooked remove all the gills and mash place in a pan add in ur chopped or ground red pepper, scotch bonnet and onions and stir add 3tblsn of v/oil and seasonings continue stirring then you add little salt
- Bring the dough to a chopping board or table sprinkle flour on it and knead divide into 4,take 1 and roll on the board,use your cutter to cut into a square size and then divide the square into 2equal halves
- Use each half and put 1full spoon of the filling and roll
- Place your pan of oil on high heat until hot put the rolled fish dough and then reduce the fire to medium heat and fry.keep turning it consistently until golden brown
