- add all items (except pom juice)and just enough vinegar to the food processor and let it chop as fine as it will get.
- Simmer pomegranate juice on low, stirring frequently, until you notice it is just starting to thicken up. Just trying to evaporate some of the water from the juice.
- add all items to pomegranate juice and simmer on very low for about half an hour. Let cool completely then strain with cheesecloth or coffee filters.
- Gives a nice sweet note right up front and then the habs take it from there. Very interesting flavor. My new favorite of my homemades!
