- Put it in oil. Stir it to make a firm paste. Now add jagerry termerinnd(lemon vinegar). Let it turn to paste add salt,deggi mirch,aamchoor if required. Atlast add carrots. Don't cook it for long time as they are more tasty in crunchy form
