To get started with this particular recipe, we have to first prepare a few ingredients. You can cook gur aam using 4 ingredients and 6 steps. Here is how you can achieve it.

- Get 1 kg raw mango
- Make ready 250 gram jaggery
- Get 1/4 cup roasted masala powder (jeera,dhaniya,red chilli and whole garam masala)

Steps to make Gur aam:
- Peel off and cut the mangoes into cubes
- Soak these cubes in plain water for 1-2 hours
- Now boil the mango cubes
- Add jaggery and mix well
- Finally add roasted masala powder and remove from heat
- Cool it properly and pour in to a airtight container
