First wash and soak dal for.one hour then cook dal with chopped tomatoes in pressure cooker.now heat oil in pan then add cumin seeds green chilli, mustard seeds,hing,curry leaves allowed to crackle.   7. For fried chilli take oil when oil will heat then add whole green chilli and fry 3- 4 seconds and transfer in another bowk and sprinkle salt. Take papad and old the papad with stones and start roasting the papad evenly on a low medium flame…. For salad chop cucumber and lemon.
  8. Take curd, ginger paste,black salt in vessel then blend till combined.serve into serving glass garnish with fresh pudina and serve.
