- Cover the veggies and stir occasionally
- Make a smooth paste of mustard and Poppy seed
- Now add the fried bitter gourd,brinjal and lentil dumplings
- Add water and cover it for 10 mnts or so
- Finally add the paste and sugar,mix well
- Sukto is ready to be served
