- Add the chopped coconut fry till golden brown
- Add ginger paste saute well adding salt and turmeric powder
- Add the cumin powder and coriander powder mix well
- Add red chilli Powder and desiccated coconut stir well add Potatoes and saute
- When the masalas start leaving oil add salt and sugar
- Pour this into the pot mix well and bring to boil
- Garnish it with ghee and serve it with papar and omlette
