- Microwave the vegetables with some salt for about 5 min and set aside.
- In a kadai add 1 tblspn of oil and crackle some cinnamon and saunf.Throw in onions and cook till it is golden brown,add in the Ginger garlic paste and Tomatoes and cook for 3 min,Now add in the coconut and Poppy seeds and give it a mix until every thing is combined.Remove that mix and grind it into a paste after it cools down.The lovely Masala is ready.
- In the same kadai add the rest of the oil and add in the spice powder with some water and cook till the oil separates.
- Add in the vegetables and mix well till each veggies is coated with that spices.Add in the green chilli with some water and cook it till the vegetables are done.
- Pour in the Prepared masala and simmer till oil separates from the mixture.Add in the curd and Raisans and mix well.Cover it and let it simmer for 10 min on a very very low flame.
