- Get 1& 1/2 glass soaked rice(15min)
- Prepare 01 sliced onion
- Get 01 chopped tomato
- Take 01 tbsp crushed garlic & chilli
- Take As needed Chopped vegetables of choice (cauliflower,carrot,beans,peas etc)
- Take 6-7 cashewnuts
- Prepare 03 boiled eggs
- Prepare 02 glass water
- Prepare 01 tsp ghee
- Take 01 tbsp oil
- Take spices
- Take 02 bayleaf
- Make ready 01 black cardamom
- Get As needed Black pepper balls
- Take As required White pepper balls(optional)
- Get 4-5 cloves
- Take 02 red dry chillies
- Make ready 1/2 tsp cumin
- Prepare to taste Salt
- Take as per taste Red chilli powder
- Take 02 cinnamon sticks
- Take 01 tbsp biryani masala
- Get as per taste Hing

Steps to make Egg pulao:
- Take a pan,add 01 tsp ghee and fry cashews till golden brown in colour.keep it aside.
- In same pan add 01 tbsp oil.
- Add hing, 1/2 tsp cumin, 02 bayleaf,01 black cardamom
- Add 02 cinnamon sticks,3-4 cloves,02 dry red chillies and white / black pepper balls.
- Fry all whole spices for 1-2min.
- Add crushed garlic and green chillies and saute for few seconds
- Add sliced onions and saute till light pink colour or for approx 2-3 min
- Add chopped tomatoes and fry till they are soft
- Add salt and red chilli powder as per your taste
- Add chopped vegetables of your choice.I used cauliflower and carrots only(6-7 florets of cauliflower & 02 carrots).Mix it well.
- Add 02 tbsp biryani masala and mix it well again.
- Add 02 glass water and soaked rice. Stir it.
- Cover it on low flame for 25-30 min.
- Open and check if rice is cooked well. It should not be overcooked otherwise rice will become mussy.
- Add coriander leaves, fried cashews
- With the help of spoon make space and put boiled eggs and hide it into rice.
- Cover it for another 2-3 min on low flame.
- Open and serve it hot.
- Serve HOT EGG PULAO with some RAITA,ONION & LEMON SLICE.
