- Add in sugar according to taste and lower the flame and cook till reduced.take 1/2cup curd and put it in a strainer and keep for 4 hours.
- Taste the milk mix and add sugar accordingly. Take sugar in a movie and grind it and add the hung curd to it and add the milk mix and nuts powder. Add in ice cubes,when well grinded serve chilled. Take a glass and add ice cubes to it.
- Pour the shikanji in the glass and top with chopped nuts and kesar and serve.
