- Heat the ghee for the dough and add in into the maida, and nicely incorporate into it and then add water to make into a pliable hard dough.
- You can make these two separately and then take it when needed to make. Make into small lemon balls and roll into small poori shapes and then you can use molds or else make a hole and stuff the filling powder and then put little water on the sides and then press together and make it firmly closed.
- Heat the oil before and when nicely hot but not sooo boiling, add the kachoris and deep fry till on a low heat till nicely godlen brown and done from inside.
