  1. Add milk in a thick stock pan & let it boil for 10 minutes.
  2. Add cardamom into the milk, for flavour.
  3. Then add khoya and boil the milk for some times till it reduce to 3/4(stir constantly).
  4. Keep on simmering, removing the cream and scraping.
  5. Fry bread pieces are dip into the sugar syrup.
  6. Then plate those dipped bread on a plate and top it with rabdi.
  7. Garnish with pista, cashew, and red cherry.
