- Add the red chilli powder and chana masala powder and stir fry for half a minute
- Add tomatoes pure and salt cook on high heat for resevedcooking to three to four minutes stirring occasionally. Add one cup of water cook 15-20-minutes.
- Chana is ready
- Garnishing :Adrakh, Coriander
- Puri:knead the flour with salt and oiland enough water toa semi soft dough cover with a samp cloth and rest for half an hour
- Divide in to equal portions and roll out each portion in to a puri on medium heat till golden.
- Drain on absorbent papers. Serve hot with chana.
