  2. Heat a pan and add 1 tablespoon butter to it. Further add the bay leaf, cumin seeds, garlic, green and red chilli. Cook for a couple of minutes.
  3. Then add the veggies and cook until the onions turn golden brown and the capsicum softens.
  4. Next add all the spices mentioned above i.e red chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and salt.
  5. Cook for another 4-5 minutes. Then add the malai to it.
  6. Mix well for a couple of minutes. And lastly add the aamchoor powder and give a good mix.
  7. Finally take them out in a bowl and have it with kachori.
