  1. Mix ragi powder with salt and water and bring it to thick batter note: not too thick or too watery
  2. Heat the pan and make thick pancakes with the ragi batter and ghee and cool it down
  3. Cut ragi pancakes into small pieces
  4. Grind peeled and roasted peanut with ragi pancakes, sesame seeds and crushed jaggery powder.
  5. The grinded powder will b thick and oily in a batter texture. Make small balls with that batter and enjoy the ladoos. It can be good for a week.
