Lightly tap the pans on hard surface so that batter should be evenly filled and no airbubbles. Keep in oven at 180°C for 10 minutes. Check, the madelines should be rising from middle. Press lightly in the centre. Flip one to check the base. It should be turning light golden. Keep them for 5 more minutes. Take out 1 and check. It should be firm from top and crisp golden from base.
