  11. Take 2 garlic - finely chopped
  12. Prepare 5 soaked shiitake mushroom - finely chopped/minced

  14. Make ready 1-2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  15. Get 1 tbsp oyster sauce
  16. Get 2 tsp sugar (or to taste)
  17. Get to taste Salt

Prepare wok, heat enough oil to fry the meat. 4. Once oil is hot, sauté onion, garlic, ginger & mushroom. Once onion is translucent, then add meat. Stir for few minutes then add sauces like soy & oyster sauce. Season with sugar & salt. Taste & adjust. Cook over high heat and keep stirring until meat is nicely dried & lightly sticky.
  4. This minced meat is used not only as fillings but also serve on top of dry chinese noodles. We use this not only with noodles, but also pasta & porridge. Added once porridge half cooked & let it simmer for almost an hour over small fire or low heat. Keep This versatile minced meat in airtight container and store in the fridge. It can last more than a week. Always Use dry & clean spoon & microwave before serving.
