  3. Add the half broken peanuts and garam masala.Sprinkle coriander and raisins and toss till dry.
  4. Make balls out of the mashed and fried vegetables.Dip the balls in cornflour and maida batter and roll in breadcrumbs.Set in fridge for an hour.Fry the balls in batches and serve hot with tomato sauce.
