  1. First in a bowl take wheat flour and add water gradually and knead it properly to make soft dough. At last add the oil and knead or grease the dough and rest for few minutes. Here is a tip that if you knead the dough perfectly your chapati will be very soft. And the dough should be always very soft.
  2. Now turn on the flame and heat up a tawa.
  3. Meanwhile take small portion of the dough and make round ball and flatten it and sprinkle some flour and roll it with the help of rolling pin. Don’t roll too thick too thin.
  4. Now place it on the tawa, after few seconds flip it and cook for few seconds and again flip it and with the help of a cloth cook it and the chapati will cook.(at last you can put it on direct flame and cook if u want).
  5. Our soft and healthy chapati or phulka roti is ready. Serve with curry or korma.
