Steps to make Kulthi/kollu/horse gram sundal:
- First soak the horse gram over night and pressure cook for 6 whistles keep aside then grind coconut with ginger and keep aside.
- Now take a pan add oil mustard seeds urad dhal and let it splutter then add green chilli hing curry pata and let it become crisp, to this add the pressure cooked horse gram and sauté with salt for one min then add the coconut ginger mixture and sauté for a min. Serve hot.
- It’s very tasty and healthy too.
