- Chopped the green capsicum in square shape.
- Chopped paneer in dice size.
- Heat a wok and add capsicum.
- Mix well for one minute.
- Keep the capsicum aside.
- Heat ghee in a wok.
- Add cumin and asafoetida (hing) stir it.
- Add ginger paste & chopped green chilli mix well.
- Add tomato puree and mix well.
- Add salt, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, corinder powder, garam masala and sugar, mix well on medium flame.
- Stir regularly on low flame.
- After 2 minutes add capsicum & paneer mix well.
- Stirred one minute.

- In yellow gram lentil (moong dal) batter add salt, red chilli powder, ginger paste, chopped green chilli & coriander leaves.
- Few drops of ghee spread on a non stick pan (Tava).
- Pour a laddle full of batter in the centre of pan (Tava)and spread it.
- Keep semi thick (like a chapati).
- Cook on both sides on low flame & add ghee the sides if needed.
- Place the cooked CHEELA wrap on a plate.
- 2 tbs of paneer & capsicum mixture (stuffing) on the centre of the wrap and fold it three sides.
- Half of wrap with foil paper.
