  5. Now in the sugar syrup add cardamom powder, rose water & few strands of safron & clarify the syrup by adding few drops of lemon juice.
  6. After that transfer fried dumplings into hot sugar syrum & let them soak the sugar syrup for at least 30 minutes
  7. Garnish the jamuns with your choice of nuts like pistachio/almonds etc. & these are ready to be Served.
