  6. Add all your veggies stir and leave to cook for 2minutes and turn off the heat.
  7. Blend your pea with pepper and add a pinch of salt to taste.serve yam with the sauce and spicy pea purée.
  8. This meal takes 30minutes to cook and 15minutes for preparation
