When you press this flour lump more, then it breaks and crumbles. This should be the texture of the flour. - - Keep the flour for 5 mins.
- Pour half litre of water in the cooker and close it without the whistle, wait for steam to come from the cooker.
- Once the steam comes up keep the Puttu maker with the Puttu Powder and grated Coconut (Keep the grated Coconut first and fill the Puttu flour in the Puttu maker)
- Wait for 5 mins and you can smell the nice aroma of coconut Puttu. Now the delicious hot Wheat Puttu is ready to eat
- You can add a spoon of ghee and sugar, then mix it in the Puttu before eating.
- Note: This Wheat Puttu goes well with Banana, Kadala Curry, Green Moong dal and Pappad.
