  6. Place the caramelized suran in a plate and spread some butter over it. Spread the ginger-garlic-coconut stuffing over it. Then spread some almond flakes.
  7. Cover with another buttered suran slice and cut from the center in another bowl mix 2 tbsp fresh cream, 2 tbsp jaggery & serve this dip along with the sandwich.
