  1. In a blender puree mango. Soak agar agar in water for 10 minutes
  2. In a pot add agar agar with water & boil till it dissolves. Add sugar & mango puree & whisk until smooth.
  3. Cook for few minutes. Remove from heat & pour in mould or glass if you serving individually.
  4. Add mango slices & push them down & keep it to set.
  5. For coconut layer again soak agar agar for 10 minutes
  6. In a pot add agar agar & water & boil till it dissilves. Add sugar & salt & mix all well.
  7. Last add coconut milk stir & mix well
  8. Remove from heat. Pour over set mango layer & refrigerate. Add mint leaves & serve cold.
