- Wash and cook banga until it's soft,then drain out the water and put in a strong basin
- Pound the banga with a pestle until the flesh is spongy

- Add the steamed beef, kpomo and fish and seasonings and stir,cover and allow to boil for 5mins.
- Add periwinkle,snail,onion and spices to taste and stir.
- Lastly add your vegetables, allow to boil for 2mins so it can be green and set aside
- Banga soup is ready and it can be served with rice, starch,eba,fufu,etc
- I placed a spoon inside the pot so the banga doesn't pour on my gas when boiling
