- In a motar crush scotch bonnets,onion spices and seasoning,add ur cooked yam and pound until soft
- Transfer into a bowl then add ur left over mincemeat,use hand and mix it very well
- Spread oil in ur palm and mold into circle shape, in a small bowl combine flour with paprika and garlic powder,coated the balls with flour
- Allow to chill in fridge for 30 minute,crack one egg,deep inside
- Fry in a hot oil until golden brown
