  4. Add 1 tsp black pepper powder, 1 tsp sugar & salt as per taste. Mix, cover & let it boil.
  5. Let it cool. Once cooled remove all the whole spices.
  6. Add 3/4 th of the roasted walnuts to a mixer. Then add the vegetable stock & blend well.
  7. Add this blended mixture to a pan. Then add 1/2 cup boiled & chopped carrots. Add 3/4 of the roasted paneer cubes.
  8. Let it boil. Once boiled, add 1 cup milk. Cover & let it simmer.
  9. Remove from flame. Pour the soup in the serving bowl. Add the remaining 1/4th roasted walnuts & paneer cubes, garnish with spring onions & serve hot.
