Now for Preheat Pan. Spread salt on the bottom of pan then place a small dish/rack on it and heat on high flame for 7 mins. Cut all cookie at 1/2 cm thickness.
- After cutting, place them on greased baking sheet kept on plate. - Now put this plate on rack kept inside preheated Pan. Heat on low heat for about 20-25 minute. Yours Vanilla triangle cookies are ready.
- Recipe for stuffed Nutella cookies. - Mix butter, brown sugar, castor sugar, vanilla essence. - Now Sieve all dry ingredients such as 3/4 cup maida, baking soda, baking powder. Then add this dry ingredients to sugar butter mixture. - Mix all ingredients well and add chocolate chips. Add little milk to knead a dough. - Refrigerate it for 30 minute.
- Meanwhile take Nutella chocolate and put 1 tsp each for 4 or 5 times on butter paper and keep it in freezer for at least 25-30 minutes. - After 30 minute take a small sized dough and flatten it slightly. Combine the edges with a froze chocolate in the center and fill it well. Make a ball size then flatten it by making sure there are no cracks.
- Place them on greased baking sheet on plate - Stagger your cookies on the baking sheet, leaving 1-2 inches between each, to prevent the cookies from spreading and baking into each other.
- Now put this plate on rack kept inside preheated Pan. Heat on low flame for about 20 minute. Your stuffed Nutella cookies are ready.
