- Mix all flours and oat powder in a mixing bowl.
- Add ghee and rub with fingers to make crumbly texture.
- Add cashews, cardamon, salt baking powder, jaggery powder and mix with hands. Do not knead the dough just bring it together.
- Add milk little by little making pliable consistency of the dough.
- Make small balls and press with palm or roll small batch and cut with cookie cutter.
- Bake in a preheated oven @ 160 degree Celsius for 20 to 25 minutes.
- Important notes : You can use any other nuts like Almonds, walnuts in crushed form.
- Preheat oven at the rate 160 degree Celsius for 15 minutes.
- Preheat time may differ from oven to Oven.
