  3. In a big round bowl put cream cheese and mix it with hand mixer for 2minutes or until it's creamy. Add strain yoghurt, powder and milk pack cream mix it again for 2 to 3 minutes.
  4. Add sugar in the batter with half of it, taste it, and then add more if it's needed you can adjust sugar according to your taste. It should be not be too too sweet.
  5. Aagar or geliten powder in 4 teaspoons warm milk mix well quick and add mango puree give a quick mix and add it to cheesecake batter give a gentle twist and mix.
  6. Take out the pan from the fridge and pour the batter in it and even it up. Now cover it with the plastic paper and put it in freezer for two three hours.
  7. After 3 hours. For finishing we are going to make mango jelly.for 2 pack we are going to use 2 cup slightly hot water. Mix it well. Take out the cake and pour it on top evenly. Put it in fridge for 5 to 10 minutes or un till the jelly sets.
  8. Take out the cake after10 minutes and put it on the glass.With a wet cloth wraparound the pan after a minute or 2 open it and pull the ring down side, pick up the cake and put it on serving dish. Decorate as you wish with diced mangoes, mint leaves and whip cream it's up to your creativity. ENJOY!
