- In a pan heat up oil add fennel seeds and ground masala
- Fry till it changes colour slightly
- Add coriander, chilli and turmeric powder
- Add chopped onion
- Fry till onion get soft, add chopped tomatoes and salt.
- Fry till tomatoes get mushy
- Add poi bhaji by shredding them slightly, do not chop fine.
- Fry for few minutes. Add 1/2 cup water and dry mango powder
- Add fish pieces, gently fold them in masala in the pan
- Simmer till masala thickens and fish is cooked.
- Serve with chapati or steamed rice.
