Imli chilli pickle actually belongs to the state of Andhra Pradesh and known by the name of pandu mirapakaya where red chillies are an integral part of any cuisine.   1. Buy seed less ripe tamarind. Wash properly and soak in lukewarm water so that the dirt of the tamarind will goes off. Blend it coarsely and keep aside.
  2. Turmeric, red chilli powder, roasted cumin powder
  3. Fennel seeds powder, jaggery and salt
  4. Now grind well.
  5. In a kadhai add oil,add spices and mix well.add tamarind and cook for five minutes.serve hot.
