Red kidney beans boiled corn and cook for 1-2 minutes. Mash well using the back of the spatula. Add 2-3 tbsp water and cook for 1 or 2 minutes
- Serve the pita pockets with fillings of your choice like falafel, hummus, veggie fillings.here I have serve pita bread with Mexican stuffing and cheese sauce stuffing which taste yummy
- Take a pita bread and cut in to two parts. Slit with one side intact to make pockets.
