  2. Get 1 cup sugar

Steps to make Tooti-frooti:
  1. Take the watermelon waste part and peel the green part of watermelon and cut the white part into small cubes as shown in pic 3.
  2. Now boil them for 8 to 10 mins., till they become tender and transparent. Strain it and keep aside.
  3. Now heat a pan, add 2 cups of water and add a cup of sugar. Once the sugar gets dissolve, add those watermelon cubes into it and again let it boil in the sugar syrup for about 8 to 10 mins.
  4. Divide them into cups or small bowls as per requirement of colour of your choice as shown in pic 1. Now add a pinch of your required colour along with the sugar syrup as in pic 2. Now let it soak in the syrup for about 8 to 10 hours preferably overnight.
  5. In the morning strain all of them seperately and spread them in a plate and let them sun-dry it for about 24 hrs. And your tooti-frooti is then ready. 😍
