- Wash and soak dal for 4 hours. Strain and grind.
- Clean leaves and remove the vein of colocassia leaves.

- Place colocasia leaf on a clean flat surface with light green color side facing upwards, spread dal mixture evenly on the leaf using fingers. Place another leaf on 1st leaf and spread dal mixture, repeat this process with 6-7 leaves. Fold both side edges in middle and spread dal on it. Roll it tightly from one end to other end. Make other roll with same process.
- Place all rolls in steamer and cook for 30 - 45 minutes. Serve hot with peanut oil & squeeze lemon juice on it.
