- Heat water,when it comes to boil add rice and salt,cook till 3/4 done,strain,keep it aside.
- Take broad pan,add ghee,fry cashews,remove and keep it aside,in the same ghee add boiled rice,stir gently,add cooked pineapple,cook till water evaporates,add cashews and cherries,put it on dum,on slow flame till rice is done(u can add pineapple essence to rice whike cooking)…garnish with cherries.
