  1. Firstly boil the potatoes and keep aside to cool.
  2. Now in a bowl take 2 tbsp of tamarind chutney add red chilli powder garam masala dhania powder pav bhaji masala mix it well and keep aside.
  3. Now peel the potatoes and grate them add salt and mix it well. - Now heat 2 tbsp of oil in a kadhai and add the spiced masala paste. - Cook it for 2 mins until it turns aeromatic.
  4. Now add the grated potatoes mix it well and cook till evevything gets well combined.
  5. Transfer the mixture into a plate. - Spread it evenly top coconut, coriander, chopped onion sev, pomegranate and spiced peanut
  6. Assembling Dabeli
  7. Firstly slit the pav in the centre and spread green chutney on one side of pav and tamarind chutney on another side.
  8. Now put the prepared potato mixture into the pav and spread evenly.
  9. Put some spiced peanuts pomegranate some chopped onion and finally put some sev.
  10. Now toast the pav in butter making sure both sides turn slightly golden brownfinally, roll the dabeli into sev and serve immediately.
